Rebecca Fyffe

Ms. Fyffe is a Compliance Officer with the Columbus District Office of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). OFCCP administers and enforces three legal authorities that require equal employment opportunity: Executive Order 11246, as amended, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended, (38 USC 4212). These laws prohibit discrimination and require federal contractors and subcontractors to take affirmative action to ensure that all individuals have equal opportunity for employment, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or status as a veteran.

Ms. Fyffe has been employed with OFCCP since July 1989. Besides being a Compliance Officer, Ms. Fyffe has also served as Acting Assistant District Director on three separate occasions. In 2001, Ms. Fyffe was a member of the Midwest Region's Statistical Training Team, which received the Secretary of Labor's Exceptional Achievement Award. Ms. Fyffe received her BS and MS degrees from Marshall University.
