James Gears

James Gears is the Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator for the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission. He has a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. He has over eleven years experience in working with people with disabilities. He has presented at National, State, and local conferences on the Americans with Disabilities Act and disability issues.
