Juanita L. Wehrle-Einhorn

Dr. Juanita L. Wehrle-Einhorn has served as the Director of Affirmative Action Programs at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio since 1983. She works with all aspects of AA/EEO relating to faculty and staff recruitment efforts and employment, dispute resolution, training, Federal and State reporting, and advising the university community of their rights and responsibilities in the civil rights area.

Juanita has published a survey of the experience of minority group women in the work force. She also has published various journal articles on civil rights and presented papers (usually with Robert J. Wehrle-Einhorn) in the areas of dispute resolution, mediation training, and ethical issues relating to discrimination. In addition, Dr. Wehrle-Einhorn has taught various sociology courses at three universities
