Corene W. Davis

Corene W. Davis is the Assistant Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining UC in 2006, she was the Affirmative Action & EEO Programs Director for the Union Institute and University. In that capacity, she was responsible for the development and administration of the Affirmative Action and Disability programs and procedures at the university's national office and its center locations. In her current position, she works with the Director to revise and/or develop policies and procedures relating to the university's EEO management responsibilities. She also assists with internal investigations of complaints of harassment and discrimination filed by staff and students, recommends appropriate accommodations and services for persons with disabilities, and provides training for faculty, staff and students in pertinent areas.
