C. Larry Watson 

C. Larry Watson is the Regional Attorney in the Cleveland, Ohio Office of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). As Regional Attorney he is the EEOC's lead counsel and primary legal advisor in the State of Ohio. Watson supervises a staff which includes seven attorneys, six in Cleveland and one in the Cincinnati Office. He has been employed by the EEOC, in the Cleveland Office, since June of 1979; first as a Trial Attorney, then as a Supervisory Trial Attorney from July 1984 until September 1990 when he was appointed as Regional Attorney.

Mr. Watson received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio.

Watson has served as a member of the Specialty Certification Board of the Ohio State Bar Association for the certification of attorneys as specialists in the practice of Labor and Employment Law, since that Boards inception in 1997.

Watson has also served as a volunteer in fund distribution and program planning at the United Way of Greater Cleveland since 1991.
