Victor Asante

Victor Asante is currently the director for diversity and recruitment at Dana Corporation headquartered in Toledo, Ohio. Victor joined Dana in June of 2000 as the corporate recruiter. During that time he had developed Dana’s web-based recruiting tool that linked Dana’s human resource team with external candidates via the internet. In addition, he developed the college relation’s structure for both the United States and Canada that Dana recognizes will pay dividends as it implements future growth strategies. 

Prior to joining Dana Corporation, Most Victor’s experience was spent in banking with Keybank working in the retail sector and ascertaining valuable customer service experience. While working for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Victor worked in their Cash, Securities Fiscal, Financial Planning, Budget, Human Resources, and Banking Supervision and Regulation departments. Victor later joined INROADS to open the new office in Toledo, Ohio, and later became the first managing director for the newly established affiliate. After establishing the Toledo affiliate Victor moved West to Arizona, and began working for Bank of America in Phoenix, where he became a national recruiter in their credit card operations. 

Victor earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University and his Master of Arts in Organizational Management at the University of Phoenix. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
