 Mr.
Quinn Carter has been employed with the state of Ohio for
twelve years. He has work a the Ohio Department of Administrative
Services, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, the
Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental
Disabilities, Ohio Department of Health and currently is
the Human Resources compensation/Benefits and Classification/Selection
for the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission. He has
worked in all aspects of Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative
Action and Human Resources. He has trained over 5,000 state
employees in various topics such as sexual harassment, ADA,
EEO, and Valuing Diversity.
Mr. Carter received a Bachelors of Science Degree I Business
Management from Franklin University in Columbus.
Mr. Carter is a resident of Columbus, married and has two daughters.
