 Felicia
Godbolt has worked of Ohio's Department of Administrative Services,
Equal Opportunity Division since 1990. She currently serves
as the state of Ohio Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative
Action (EEO/AA) unit supervisor.
Her responsibilities include conducting compliance reviews
for all State of Ohio agency EEO programs under the purview
of the Governor ensuring compliance with relevant EEO laws and
current executive orders.
Another component of her job involves approving agency EEO
Strategic Plans and monitoring a statewide discrimination complaint
process. She and her staff also conduct statewide training in
the areas of Sexual Harassment, Equal Employment Opportunity,
effective EEO Strategic Planning and Cultural Diversity Awareness.
Among her professional affiliations, Ms. Godbolt is a member
the National Association for Female Executives and is a Senior
Master Sergeant in the Ohio Air National Guard where she serves
as a Human Resources Advisor to the base Commander, regarding
issues that affect workforce diversity.
Ms. Godbolt currently attends Franklin University pursuing
a degree in Human Resources Management and an Information Systems
Technology degree through Community College of the Air Force.
In her spare time, she enjoys aerobics, traveling, and socializing.
