C. Larry Watson is the Regional Attorney in the Cleveland, Ohio Office of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. As Regional Attorney, he is the EEOC's lead counsel and primary legal advisor in the State of Ohio and supervises a staff that includes eight attorneys. He was a Trial Attorney in that office from June 1979 until July 1984 and was a Supervisory Trial Attorney from that date until his selection as Regional Attorney in September 1990.

Mr. Watson received his B.S. in Accounting from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio and his J.D from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law of Cleveland State University.

He has served as a member of the Specialty Certification Board of the State Bar Association, for certification of attorneys as specialists in Labor and Employment Law, since its inception in 1997.

Among his civic efforts, Watson currently is serving his tenth year as member of one of the fund allocation panels for the United Way of Greater Cleveland.
