New Option - Medicare and You
Handbook
New in 2009 the Centers for
Medicare and Medicaid Service is happy to bring to Medicare beneficiaries an
electronic option to getting their Medicare and You handbooks each year.
In an effort to go green and save
tax payer dollars starting this fall all Medicare beneficiaries that sign up on
http://www.mymedicare.gov/by May 31, 2009 will get their Medicare and You books
electronically.Those that miss the cut off date can still sign up but will get
their books electronically starting fall of 2010.

We encourage you to print, display,
and promote this new improved option for those who are interested. As always, we

the health seminar is lay people, to help them understand their risks
for heart disease and diabetes.
The seminars are free and open to everyone.
Participants will receive a pedometer and be entered into raffle
drawings.
