The Executive Committee
meets at 2:00 pm on the third Saturday of every Month  in 240 MM (Mathematical and Microbiological Sciences Building)

In 260 MM, at 3:00 pm after the Executive session, follows the General Membership/ Program meeting, which anyone interested in the Asian American Council are invited and encouraged to attend.
